It depends on how you will use it: wired trackers connect to the car’s power and support remote engine cut-off, while magnetic wireless trackers run on a long-life battery and suit hidden placement or shipments. There are also OBD trackers that plug into the diagnostic port, and small trackers for children and people.

Do you offer installation?
Yes. When ordering you can choose “On-site installation by a technician”. Installation inside Cairo is as stated on each product page; outside Cairo there are travel fees depending on your area, which we confirm before scheduling. You can also choose shipping or pickup from our office in Heliopolis.
What is the difference between signal booster types?
The difference is in the bands the device boosts (3G, 4G or 5G) and its power, which determines the area it covers. Small units suit apartments and offices, high-power units suit factories, warehouses and large buildings, and adding antennas extends coverage.
Do the devices come with a warranty?
Yes, products come with a warranty whose period varies by product and brand, and it is listed on each product page.

Does a tracker need a SIM card? How do I follow it?
Yes, the tracker works with a mobile SIM card with a data plan, and you follow your car in real time from an app on your phone. Our team sets up the device, activates it on the app and shows you how to use it.
Do signal boosters work with Vodafone, Orange, Etisalat and WE?
It depends on the bands the device supports and the network available at your location (2G / 3G / 4G / 5G). We choose the right model based on the network you use and the size of the space. Learn more on the signal boosters page.
Do you ship to all governorates? How much is shipping?
Yes, we ship to all governorates in Egypt with a courier, and shipping fees appear on the checkout page before you confirm the order.
Can I pick up my order from your office?
Yes, choose “Pickup from company HQ” when ordering and collect it from 25 Manshiyet El Bakry Street, Heliopolis, Cairo, Saturday to Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM.
Does a smart lock fit any door?

Yes, we provide fingerprint attendance devices and Access Control systems to control employee access, with installation and setup.
