1Acceptance of terms

By using sharkscell.com or ordering any product or service, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2Products & prices

• We aim to show product photos and specifications accurately; slight differences in color or appearance may occur depending on the production batch.
• Prices are in Egyptian pounds, and the applicable price is the one shown when the order is confirmed.
• Prices, offers and availability may change without prior notice, without affecting orders already confirmed.
• Some products (such as PABX systems) are priced by quotation based on quantity and requirements.

3Orders & confirmation

After you submit an order, our team contacts you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the details, address and delivery or installation time. We may decline any order if the product is unavailable, the details are incomplete or there is an obvious pricing error, in which case we will inform you and refund any amount paid.

4Payment

• Cash on delivery or upon installation.
• Or bank transfer before shipping; we send you the account details upon confirmation.

5Shipping, installation & pickup

• Shipping: To all governorates in Egypt with a courier; fees appear on the checkout page before you confirm the order.
• On-site installation: By a Sharks Cell technician. Installation inside Cairo is as stated on each product page; outside Cairo there are travel fees that we confirm before the appointment.
• Pickup from our office: From 25 Manshiyet El Bakry Street, Heliopolis, during working hours.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed for reasons beyond our control; we will inform you of any delay.
• Please inspect the shipment upon receipt and report any visible damage immediately.

6Warranty

The warranty period is listed on each product page and varies by product. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover misuse, breakage, water damage, modification, disassembly, installation by anyone other than our team, or power fluctuations. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.

7Exchanges & returns

• Under Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, you may exchange or return a product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition with all its contents and packaging and has not been used.
• Products with a manufacturing defect are replaced, repaired or refunded in accordance with the law.
• Products that were installed, activated or programmed at your request, or that received an installation service, may fall under the exceptions in the law; in that case we will agree with you on the appropriate solution.
• Installation and travel fees for work already carried out, and shipping fees, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
• To request an exchange or return, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number.

8Trackers & lawful use

The customer is responsible for using trackers and other devices lawfully, on vehicles or property they own or are responsible for, or to monitor people with their consent or under their guardianship. Sharks Cell is not responsible for any unlawful use or any use that violates the privacy of others. Tracking service also depends on mobile network coverage, the SIM data plan and satellite signal.

9Business quotations

Quotations for companies and projects are valid for the period stated in them and may require a site survey. Any additional work outside the quotation is priced separately after your approval.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sharks Cell’s liability for any product or service does not exceed the amount paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses resulting from telecom or internet outages or misuse.

11Intellectual property

All website content, including text, design, logo and images, belongs to Sharks Cell or its respective owners and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. Product trademarks belong to their owners.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We first try to resolve any dispute amicably; otherwise, the courts of Cairo shall have jurisdiction.
