What is a server subscription?
The tracker sends the vehicle location to an online server, and the platform shows you the location and reports on your phone and computer. The subscription is what keeps the device connected to the platform.
If the subscription expires, the device keeps working but you will not be able to see its location, so renew before the due date.

What happens if the subscription expires?

It depends on the device; some devices work on more than one platform. Send us the model and we will tell you.
Do you renew for devices not bought from you?
Send us the device model and IMEI and we will check if we can activate it.
